Capri is a British born ARB registered Senior Project Architect, Designer & Master Planner. Having gained her Architecture degree under the tutelage of the renowned David Adjaye she started her working career at AEDAS RHWL working on high end offices in London. Whilst living in a English Garden City she discovered her passion for Residential architecture writing a piece on healthy living in Garden cities which led her to work on the modular housing and award winning Newhall Housing in Harlow, UK.
Capri previously spent several years working for an architect/ developer company where she gained significant knowledge of front end design, the planning process and development in general. During this time Capri led the design stages of a number of mixed use housing association projects in North London with challenging constraints.

Project Description 184 units residential new build split into 2 blocks. 5 storeys. Including parking, podium, a new central landscaped public realm link to the adjoining canal. The buildings are fragmented to break up the longitudinal elevations, via setbacks and change in brick colour from the dominate yellow stock brick to the secondary red multi brick
My Role Project / Design Architect. Responsibilities included managing the design team for the planning application, facade design, public open spaces design and internal flat planning design; agreeing consultants scope of work and reviewing their fees.

Project Description : Private Rental Scheme. 166 new build flats. 20 storeys. Sky Garden. Co-working space. The Proposed massing is based on two towers with linking block in the middle. In London
